The 2 year Limited Warranty
Your UWANT appliance has a 2-years warranty against original defects in material and workmanship, when used for private household purposes in accordance with the UWANT Instruction Manuals.
Quality-related warranty on purchases made through UWANT’s authorised distributors and retailers are handled through UWANT. Manufacturer’s warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
In the unlikely event of a failure of the product, customers can visit or send product to our service centre. The service centre will arrange for your product to be serviced, free-of-charge when you inform us of the defect within the warranty period, provided that the product was used in accordance with the user manual (e.g. in the intended environment).
Our company provides a warranty for all electrical products sold to our customers.However,there are some situations where the warranty does not apply.
The following scenarios are not covered by our warranty policy:
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect of the product
- Repairs or modifications made by unauthorised parties
- Products purchased from unauthorised parties/oversea markets.
- Products used for commercial purposes
- Normal wear and tear
- Damaged from natural disasters and long-term environmental damage
- Malfunction or damage caused by not following the instruction manual
